Dan Morehouse started Hallmark in 1999 with the vision to “build excellence with integrity.” He saw a need for a builder that homeowners could trust to build their homes with the same care and concern as he would build his own.

Start with your own floor plan or work with our experienced designers to create your own. We truly believe in taking the time to listen to your ideas and incorporate them from the ground up. Our goal is to design and build a home that will be enjoyed for generations.

Also, an accurate budget is critical to the home building process. Before we break ground, we provide a highly-detailed line item cost report and work with you to stay on budget while bringing your vision to life.

Craftsmanship

We live in a world where production lines and speed take the place of quality and craftsmanship. We take pride in every relationship we develop and every home we build. We care as much about the condition of your crawl space and foundation as we do about the shine of your hardwood floor.
